How “free for” works
Once an operation has been served, repeating it inside that window is a cache hit and costs zero credits — not a discount, zero. Polling the same profile every minute for an hour costs the same as asking once.
What is never charged
A profile that was deleted, an account that went private, or an upstream failure. Those cost us real money and cost you nothing — you should not pay for our vendor’s bad day. Try one.
